Combined Poem of Two Siegfried Sassoon Poems
Night, with a gust of wind, was in the ward,
I wish there'd be a thunder-storm to-night.
Glinting among the wraiths of wandering cloud,
With bucketsful of water to sluice the dark,
Lipped by the inward, moonless waves of death.
And it's been proved that soldiers don't go mad.
Then, far away, the thudding of the guns,
There must be crowds of ghosts among the trees,
Through crimson gloom to darkness; and forgot
Those whispering guns—O Christ, I want to go out.
He stirred, shifting his body; then the pain,
And in the breathless air outside the house,
Silence and safety; and the veils of sleep,
You're quiet and peaceful, summering

This is Not the First Nor the Last Time I Will Cry
Death is a painful truth, one we all experience over our lives and one we personally, individually face at our time's come. We fear it, hate it, play with it, and try to run as far away as possible from it at all times. No one truly knows what happens to us before we are alive or after we pass on; we only know how to live.
I've been crying for the past four years because of the news "only six months left." Four more years over six months. Four more years of "this will be the last Christmas…last Thanksgiving…last Mother's day… last birthday" but the times still kept on. Hearing maybe 24 hours, I have hope that it will all pull through. Do I

My world is crumbling all around
I look to see that I can't find the ground
I see you standing there watching me
I know in my heart that I can't ever break free
Tell me you love me anyways
Just tell me you're here to stay
Tell me you love me anyways
Tell me just to stay
I know you'd watch me as I'd fall
You'd stare and stand, do nothing at all
You watched as my world came tumbling down
I searched but I knew there was no safe ground
Tell me you love me anyways
Tell me just to stay
Tell me you love me anyways
You know I'd never ask you to choose
Because in my heart I know I'd lose
The way you caught me then let go

I am the listener. I'm quiet when I need to be or simply because that's how I am, I don't need to talk. I bottle it all up or suppress it. If I don't want to feel it I try not to. I hold grudges true and if someone betrays me well that's their problem because I am loyal. Loyal to a fault. If I decide I was right and your worth it I will protect you anyway I can, I'll listen, talk, make you smile. I will be there no matter what. Even if I disapprove I will help you no judgments. That's just who I am. When I do talk people listen, mostly out of shock. I will give advice whether you want it or not I'll give you the truth, I'm honest. When I rea
I would like to say, first and foremost, that almost all of the pictures I take are with my iTouch and not with an expensive, fancy camera. I then later edit them to my liking with Windows Live Photo Gallery. :)

Saw the Hunger Games with my friends. My mind is wondering... For the colorful people, why is killing so entertaining that they've been watching this for 74 years? Why don't they join themselves? What are their other sources of entertainment? Throughout the film, you become uncomfortable and confused of the people watching the show. How death doesn't affect them anymore and watching it is exciting and a distraction of their real lives. But what is their real lives? And since they watch for the pure pleasure, why are we watching virtually the same event with just a little bit more details? How are we different from the colorful people? We asso
